What you'll do
Design and build production-grade agentic workflows and AI solutions
Architect solutions that integrate with complex enterprise infrastructure
Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions
Deploy systems that handle real customer interactions, commercial decisions, and operational processes
Optimize AI solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
What we're looking for
Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM-based systems
Experience with agentic architectures, RAG systems, or workflow orchestration
Strong software engineering fundamentals - you create maintainable, tested code

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can build the complete systems that make AI-powered workflows actually usable.
What you'll do
Build user interfaces and backend capabilities for AI-enabled workflows
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs)
Design and implement data pipelines that feed AI systems
Create monitoring, observability, and management tools for AI solutions
Work with clients to understand how people actually work and build systems that fit
What we're looking for
Strong full-stack development experience (modern frontend + backend)
Experience in AI-driven software development
Experience integrating systems across complex enterprise environments
Comfortable working with APIs, databases, message queues, cloud platforms
Understanding of how to build reliable, maintainable systems
Interest in AI/ML (you don't need to be an AI expert, but you should want to learn)

We're looking for a data engineer who can navigate complex enterprise data landscapes and create the foundations that enable AI systems to actually work.
What you'll do
Design and build data pipelines for AI applications
Integrate fragmented data sources across enterprise systems
Create data infrastructure that supports both development and production AI workloads
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance requirements are met
Work with clients to understand their data landscape and design practical solutions
Build observability and monitoring for data systems
What we're looking for
Strong experience with modern data engineering tools and platforms (Snowflake, Databricks and/or Fabric)
Track record working with complex enterprise data environments
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance requirements
Pragmatic approach - you find ways to make things work with imperfect data
