About Valimo.
During the past two years, we noticed a recurring problem: companies have no shortage of AI ideas or pilots, but they struggle to turn them into operational reality. The technology moves fast, but organizations absorb change slowly. That gap is where value is lost.
You cannot close that gap efficiently by treating process change, AI & data engineering, and human adoption as separate workstreams. Silos are the enemy of systemic change. Scaling AI takes a cohesive, compact team that understands the business case, the process, the data, the code, and the human behavior.
That is what Valimo was built to do.
Among the founding team, we have over 100 years of experience on the front lines of digital transformation, helping clients navigate major technology shifts.
With AI, it was clear things were going to be different. Technology wouldn't just reshape our clients' industries, it would fundamentally shake the traditional consulting model. Talent structures, commercial models, and service offerings all needed to change.
We designed Valimo to be an AI-first from day one. A culture of senior doers focused on applying AI both in own operations as well as for our clients.
We called this concept the ”Project Foundry”, capturing both the act of founding something new and the industrial operation molding lasting value. When we established the company, we chose Valimo, the Finnish word for foundry.
While we wanted the speed and focus of an independent studio, we knew that clients value a partner with proven scale. Partnering with the Gofore Group was the obvious choice.
